SHIPPING


When will my Jung Beauty order ship?


We process and ship out all Jung Beauty orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Does my Jung Beauty order qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all US orders of $50 or more and all Canadian orders of $75 or more! To qualify, US and Canadian customers need to reach $50 and $75, respectively, after all discounts have been applied.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. All orders are subject to import duties. Please consider this prior to placing your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Can I exchange or return my order?


To be eligible for a refund/exchange, please contact us at jamie@jungbeauty.com within 30 days of receipt. If you opened or used your product, we can’t offer you a refund/exchange. After we issue a refund, it can take up to five business days to see a credit issued on your original form of payment statement.
